Warranty Limited To (2) Years

Snow Air Conditioning Inc guarantees its products and services for (2) years from the date of the purchase. This includes labor. Parts with mechanical defects will be replaced or fixed at no cost, and (2) visits scheduled for filter replacement PTAC Unit, plus a manufacturer warranty of (4) years on the compressor part.
This warranty only applies to the original purchaser from the date of the purchase. The guarantee does not cover defects due to negligent use of the product, use of incorrect voltage, incorrect use of manufacturer’s manual or disarming the unit by a person other than a Snow Air Conditioning Inc’s technician.
Delivery and installation of the PTAC Unit is included. Piping and Parts the water supply connection and labor for the installation of the water source heat pump unit is not included.

Excluded Parts:

Piping and parts of the water supply connection of the water source heat pump unit are not included.
